More women are choosing to remain single later in life—and many say they genuinely love the freedom, independence and peace that comes with it.
But what happens when that independence meets loneliness, dating frustration and the desire to have someone beside you?
In this episode of The Mav Angle, we react to women in their 40s, 50s and 60s discussing what single life actually feels like after years of doing life on their own.
Some wouldn't trade their peace for a relationship. Others admit that carrying every responsibility alone can become exhausting. Some want companionship—but aren't willing to sacrifice the lives they've built just to have it.
And that's where the real conversation begins.
Being single doesn't automatically mean being lonely. Being married doesn't automatically mean being happy. But every lifestyle comes with trade-offs.
So the question isn't simply whether marriage or singlehood is better.
As you get older, does peace become more valuable than companionship—or does companionship eventually become more valuable than independence?
