I Didn't Expect THIS at the Dentist 😩🦷 | Cleaning, Filling & Healthy Shopping Vlog

Come with me to the dentist! 🦷✨ I had been putting off my dental appointment for a while, but I finally decided it was time to get my teeth checked properly. In this vlog, I’m taking you along for my dental X-ray, cleaning, local anesthetic and tooth filling — yes, including that moment when the needle came out 😩😂. After my appointment, I also took a little walk around the mall and did some fruit and vegetable shopping, because why not make the day about taking care of myself from the inside and out? 🥦🍎 I wanted to share this as a real-life vlog because sometimes, we’re so busy taking care of everyone else that we forget about the simple things we need to do for ourselves including looking after our teeth. So, grab a drink, relax, and come spend the day with me. Have you been putting off your dental appointment too? Be honest in the comments! 😂👇🏽 If you enjoyed this vlog, LIKE, COMMENT, SUBSCRIBE and turn on your notification bell 🔔 so you don't miss my next video.
