JCIOI Workshop 2026: Session 1 Keynotes: Understanding ice-ocean interaction from lab experiments

The workshop is organised by the Joint IAPSO/IACS Commission on Ice-Ocean Interactions (JCIOI), and aims to draw together researchers interested in the processes that govern ocean-driven melt of glaciers and ice sheets across a range of locations and timescales. In this session, keynote speakers Jim Sweetman and Claudia Cenedese discuss laboratory experiments on ice melt.
