MY FAVOURITE EVENT! | TeamSport Cardiff GP1 Members night July 2021

I would struggle to tell you what makes GP1 the best format, but there is just something about the balance of two races plus a more interesting qualifying format that really brings an evening to life. Unfortunately we had to scrap the F1 style qualifying on this occasion to make way for a bumper 23 driver grid with the groups eventually being split into two different groups. For this race I missed out on the upper group by 1 place and had to start at the front of the lower group. The evening itself was good with no major downsides but some good racing.
