The 2019–2025 Toyota RAV4 is a great vehicle, but road and tire noise can be pretty noticeable—especially at highway speeds. I wanted to see how much quieter I could make my RAV4 with some DIY sound deadening. This is Part 2 of my RAV4 sound-deadening series, where I tackle the doors. I remove the interior door panels and install butyl sound-deadening material on the exposed sheet metal to help reduce vibrations and road noise.
