Playable Blood Donation Machine Is Too Horrifying!

Hey, guys! Today it's time to try another new character from Playable Machines mod! It's gonna be Bloody - the playable blood donation machine! Bloody has completely unique mechanics that I've never seen before: there's a special 'Blood' counter and it displays the amount of tears I can shoot and if there's no blood in there, Bloody can't shoot tears! But no worries, there's a way to refill it! All you need to do is to use pocket active item which spawns Bloody Isaac. And after eating this Isaac (yeah, that's what happens) you can shoot tears again! Watch the full video to see playable blood donation machine - Bloody!
