Numbers 0 to 16.7 Million in Quarter-Imaginary Base (Base 2i) w/ Sound Effects

Quarter-imaginary aka Base 2i is a numeral system where 2i means two times the imaginary. 2i is equal to the root of (-4). So basically, it counts in base (-4), however it has a 0 between each digit. Digits are 0, 1, 2, and 3. The counting in the Base 2i system goes like this: 0, 1, 2, 3, 10300, 10301, 10302, 10303, 10200, 10201, 10202, 10203, 10100, 10101, 10102, 10103, 10000, 10001, 10002, 10003, 20300, 20301, 20302, 20303, 20200, 20201, etc. This premiere is just under 23 minutes long.
