Ragnarok M: Classic - RG MS3 PVP

This build is for utility purposes. I can insta-kill enemies will low hp. Not sure if the disarm debuff is good but the shield star (kirby) can bounce irregularly (maybe I should stay far) or can't chase very high speed enemies (ML+5). What do you think of this build? Thanks for watching!
