The Cheapest TRUE Seal Row Bench on Amazon ($199)

We had a lot of fun with this one. And honestly? It's a good seal row bench. Flat pad, 33 inches tall, arms hang free with nothing under the bar, which makes it one of the only true seal row benches on Amazon and by far the cheapest at $199. It held everything we threw at it without a creak. The catch: it's a one trick pony. It does seal rows, and it does a thing on the back that we have questions about (you'll see). If you've got the floor space for a dedicated single-purpose bench, this is a lot of exercise for the money. If every square foot in your gym has to earn double duty, look at the multifunction options instead.
