Good morning, and welcome to this Sunday, September 27 morning prayer. Today we begin the new week with the oldest and most honest cry of the heart - "Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord." This prayer walks through Psalm 70 verse by verse: calling on God for His swift help, asking Him to turn back every scheme meant to harm you, choosing to seek God Himself and not only escape from the trouble, and joining all who love His salvation to say "Let God be magnified." Let praise become your weapon before the breakthrough, and give this whole week to the God who is your help and your deliverer.
