Sonic the Hedgehog 3 - Marble Garden [Past Remix]

I based this remix quite heavily on Bouncy Glow's concept for Collision Chaos Past US, but it really fit with what I envisioned for Marble Garden's past. This time I took an extra measure to give it a lo-fi sound. In addition to using Izotope Vinyl, I also exported the audio at a sampling rate of 16000 Hz (much lower than the standard 44100 Hz), which is the sampling rate of the PCM chip used for the actual Sonic CD Past songs. I actually almost scrapped this remix and started over because I wasn't happy with how it was coming along, but I managed to get it to sound OK.
