Delmar includes approximately 205 homes, primarily built between 2006 and 2010. You’ll find a mix of ranch, story-and-a-half, and two-story homes ranging from roughly 1,100 to 3,300 square feet. We’ll also check out the community pool, playground, and catch-and-release fishing pond, plus talk about the approximately $70/month HOA fee. Delmar is located off North Main Street with convenient access to Walmart, Food Lion, Highway 74, High Point, and the surrounding Triad.
