I’ve truly experienced everything this game offers: every chapter, level, unit, upgrade, secret, and achievement. The entire journey was a one-of-a-kind stretch of pure, meaningful bliss, even through endless, hellish difficulty spikes. The joy waiting beyond those challenges was unmatched. Now, soaking in the afterglow and holding this deep satisfaction close, I stand at the very peak of this game, grateful for every moment that led me here. And this view—this moment—is exactly what defines Epic War 5: World War. ------------------------------ Overall Review I was deeply impressed while playing this game. I truly thought it was amazing. It's hard to believe a game this good is free. I was incredibly impressed while playing this game. I genuinely thought, "This is amazing!" I think it's such a fantastic game that it's almost a shame it's free. While the original Epic War 5 had a challenging game design, I personally didn't rate it highly. However, this mod shattered that notion and truly captivated me. It's a game design that integrates the entire series, starting from Epic War 1, and it's not an exaggeration to say it's a completely different game disguised as Epic War 5. Above all, the game is incredibly well-crafted, and the level of contents is incredible, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. I was completely hooked and captivated by this game, so constantly eager to play the next level. The difficulty level was just right, exactly as I expected, or even exceeded my expectations. The levels really do get harder as I approach the end, with the Final level being an extremely difficult, almost "HELL" level. The levels that stand out in my memory are Chapter 2 Levels 9 & 13 and Chapter 3 Levels 6, 7 & 9. I had to retake this part countless times before I finally managed to overcome the gimmick and get through it. Chapter 3 Levels 7 & 9 were by far the most difficult; I probably spent over 20 hours trying to get through them. It was truly brutal... but the sense of accomplishment upon clearing it is unparalleled. It might not be good to mention other games, but personally thinking, this mod is on par with, or even better than, Xerney's Mod Epic War 4: Beyond the Dark. It's like the Beyond the Dark of Epic War 5 version. I've already played another mod, Epic War 5: Hellrising, Epic War 5: Dominion Collapse, etc. but this game has a completely different feel. I was surprised and impressed, thinking, "Can a Flash game do this much?!" and "Can Epic War 5 be this fun?!" lol. Hats off to the creator. The “Epic War” series holds special memories for me. I highly recommend playing it for yourself!
