ONE GAME LEFT. AND THEN SOMETHING INCREDIBLE HAPPENS. This is one of the most remarkable matches I have ever played. The Heroes of the Hearth Summer Tournament — a special one day event hosted by the Danish Hearthstone League — brought together some of Denmark's finest players for a day of high stakes competitive Hearthstone. My Round 2 match against Kenze goes all the way to a 2-2 decider, casted live on the DHL Twitch channel by Nitroravn and the current Danish Hearthstone Master Yacca. The final game is Attack Druid against Egg Warrior — heavily unfavoured for me on paper. And then it happens. Bashana Runetotem hits the board. One of the Treants gets the ability to cast Typhoon for just 1 mana. The Treant gets shuffled back into the deck. Through an incredible sequence of draws — including Waveshaping pulling the exact card needed — the Treant gets played not once, not twice, but THREE times. Three Typhoons for 1 mana each in a game that should never have been winnable. The odds of that happening are astronomical. The moment it unfolds on stream is something you simply have to see.
