But Justin’s mum died 3 years ago… After founding his own AI company, Justin created ‘Griefbots’, which use old texts, emails and voice messages to create a virtual version of a lost loved one who you can chat with. With over 10,000 customers, business is booming, but is this helping grief? Or making it worse?
