Trip to World's Largest Landlocked Country - Kazakhstan | Almaty | Astana | Issyk Lake | Kolsay Lake

Exploring the beauty of Kazakhstan for 9 days—from the mountains of Almaty to the futuristic skyline of Astana. This trip was an incredible experience in the world’s largest landlocked country. We started by getting lost in the streets of Almaty, experiencing the local city walk and diving deep into the food culture. From the Zenkov Cathedral—one of the tallest wooden buildings in the world—we headed to the local markets to try traditional delicacies like Beshbarmak (the national meat and noodle dish), freshly baked Samsa, and the famous Baursak fried bread. The journey continued into nature, where we visited the stunning Issyk Lake, but the real highlight of the entire trip was Kolsai Lake. Known as the "Pearl of the Northern Tien Shan," its emerald-turquoise waters and peaceful alpine scenery are a true natural wonder. After soaking in the views at Kok Tobe, we flew north to Astana to experience a completely different vibe.
