Grilled Beef Tongue at its Thickest, KBBQ in San Mateo

We’re in San Mateo for Korean BBQ at OLHSO, where the beef tongue is served THICK. 👅🥩 We started with their grilled beef tongue, cut much thicker than what we usually see at KBBQ restaurants, giving it a completely different texture and bite. Then we moved on to beef brisket, marinated bone-in short rib, and one of the most interesting cuts of the meal: oxtail sliced paper-thin for the grill.
