Meet Evolution5's New Consultancy Director Phil Clarke | Evolution5

Phil Clarke recently joined the ‪@Evolution5limited‬ team as Consultancy Director. In this video, Jamie and Phil discuss the exciting opportunities ahead for Evolution5 and take a deep dive into Phil’s long-standing career in construction and architecture, spanning multiple industries. After completing his degree in Architectural Technology, Phil paved his way to success by working for large organisations such as Southampton City Council, Capita, and Mace. Whilst the demanding commute to London was tough in the early days, Phil explains how the opportunities it created made it all worthwhile. Now, as Consultancy Director of Evolution5, Phil aims to apply the processes he has learned along the way to his new role. With simple yet important principles – encouragement, team motivation, and being the ‘dependable friend’ to a client – he will use these as a guide to take Evolution5 to the next level. Together, Jamie and Phil elaborate on the importance of project management in construction, guiding clients through the process – from initial inception to procurement and project delivery. They also share their mutual enthusiasm for the distinct service Evolution5 provides and discuss how they plan to bring more people into the business.
