E07 "The English Man" Russian numbers station copied on 15858 kHz with a strong signal peaking S9+

Hi there, thank you again to my friend Lewis of Ringway Manchester fame for texing me to remind me E07 would be on-air this particular afternoon, on three frequencies, all of which were receivable at my QTH. Recorded in Oxford UK on 18/02/25 at 14:59 hrs UTC using an Icom IC-R8600 and a Wellbrook ALA1530 magnetic loop via a Bonito NTi AntennaJet RF splitter and GI1000 galvanic isolator.
