Welcome to Norita • Harmonic Journey 🤍 A quiet space for sound and rest. This 60-minute sound bath brings together my Root, Heart, and Throat crystal singing bowls, tuned to 432Hz, with different views of beautiful Pinecrest Lake, California. The intention is simple: Rooted to the earth. Feeling gratitude and love. Being present. Allowing honest expression. I visited the lake with my family on a beautiful day. It wasn’t too crowded, and a gentle breeze moved around us as we sat at the beach, watching the clouds, the water, and each other. We didn’t speak much. There was no need to fill the quiet or entertain one another. We were together, each with room to simply be. Then we got back in the car, and suddenly we were all chatterboxes. 😂🤍 I can only speak for myself, but that quiet time felt freeing. Sitting with myself, breathing, enjoying my family’s presence, and feeling grateful for life. I’m sharing these views and the sounds I turn to in my own practice as an invitation to join me. Stay for the full hour or just a few minutes. Listen, rest, meditate, or simply enjoy the view. There is nothing you need to make happen. Este baño sonoro de 60 minutos reúne mis cuencos de cristal de los chakras Raíz, Corazón y Garganta, afinados a 432Hz, acompañados de distintas vistas del hermoso lago Pinecrest, en California. La intención es sencilla: Sentir nuestras raíces en la tierra. Sentir gratitud y amor. Estar presentes. Expresarnos con sinceridad. Visité el lago con mi familia en un día hermoso. No había demasiada gente y una brisa suave nos acompañaba mientras estábamos sentados en la playa, observando las nubes, el agua y a quienes teníamos cerca. No hablamos mucho. No hacía falta llenar el silencio ni entretenernos unos a otros. Estábamos juntos, cada quien con espacio para simplemente ser. Después subimos al carro y, de repente, ¡no parábamos de hablar! 😂🤍 Solo puedo hablar desde mi experiencia, pero ese momento de quietud me hizo sentir libre. Sentarme conmigo misma, respirar, disfrutar de la presencia de mi familia y sentir gratitud por la vida. Comparto estas vistas y los sonidos que me acompañan en mi práctica personal como una invitación a estar aquí conmigo. Quédate la hora completa o solo unos minutos. Escucha, descansa, medita o simplemente disfruta de la vista. No tienes que hacer que suceda nada.
