Is the Buchla 200e a techno instrument?

I haven't seen much techno written on the 200e. I wonder why? The LPGs make great percussion, its incredibly easy to sync the sequencers, which are geared toward polyrhythm and polymetre which is a feature of the best techno. Please enjoy Golf Buggy Throttle.
