43 Colter Bay and a Bear, Grand Teton National Park: June 8-10, 2024 ‪@SeniorRVTrips‬

From Colter Bay Campground we visited Colter Bay Village. Walked the Lake Shore Trail along the bay; very scenic! Blue water framed by the gray and white angled peaks of the Grand Tetons. Also, hiked the String Lake Trail to Leigh Lake. Stopped at Jackson Lake Lodge for a snack and drink on the deck. Magnificent view! Walked up the half-mile Lunch Tree Hill Trail; more views! To cap it off, we stumbled close up upon a bear on the road at the lodge! It was just him and us for a minute or two! Cathedral Peaks Willow Flats
