Zanubrutinib for CLL: What Has Changed Since I Started Treatment?

When I started treatment, I had lots of questions. Would I feel different? Would I have lots of side effects? Would my everyday life change? And, most importantly, would the treatment actually work? Several months into treatment, I thought it would be useful to look back at where I was before starting zanubrutinib and compare it with where I am today. In this video, I talk about what's changed physically, how treatment has affected everyday life, what has happened with my CLL and blood results, and something that's perhaps less obvious — how my feelings about having CLL have changed since starting treatment. I also look at what's surprisingly stayed exactly the same. Cancer treatment wasn't necessarily what I imagined it would be, and I finish by asking what I'd tell myself if I could go back to the day before I took my first zanubrutinib tablets.
