If you're trying to figure out where to live in Austin Texas, new build tours like this are the fastest way to see what your money actually gets you right now. This one just hit the market and it's available today. Here's what we're looking at: Luxury finishes without the stuffy vibe A smart layout that actually works for real life, not just photos Huge windows and tons of natural light A HUGE balcony...oh and not just one... (you'll see) The bathroom design I'm obsessed with The builder upgrades worth paying for, and the ones I'd skip Why tour new construction with a real estate agent? Because the builder's sales rep works for the builder. I've been a real estate agent in Austin Texas since 2016 and on new builds I'm the one in your corner holding the builder accountable and telling you which upgrades pay off at resale. "She fought for us and held the builder accountable when they tried to cut corners or not deliver on promises." Cody, Google review (Go read them!)
