World War II has ended and Albanian Nazi collaborator Xhem “Dzemo” Hasa Gostivari, Senior Commander of the quisling militia the Balli Kombetar, and his remaining band of men are on the run in Western Macedonia. Macedonian authorities (then under Federal Yugoslavia) begin a manhunter to bring Xhem Hasa to justice, dead or alive !
