ICELAND 2015

Iceland is an awesome experience.Just when you think the scenery couldn't get more spectacular you round a bend and you are blown away again. We booked for late May to avoid the summer prices and the crowds - well worthwhile. Our 14 day self-drive tour covered the Ring Road plus the Western Fjords. The Western Fjords are well worth the extra time but not for the faint-hearted, and shouldn't be attempted without 4wd. The trip was organized by Iceland Unlimited and they were excellent - comfortable accommodation and great meals where included
