The Leapmotor T03 is a cheap EV, but is it actually any good?

On the right finance scheme, the electric Leapmotor T03 can be yours for a £199 deposit followed by monthly payments of £199, with 0% interest to pay. Or, if you're buying outright, it costs £15,995, which again is a relatively modest sum by the standards of brand new EVs. It's not like the T03 skimps on range (up to 165 miles), performance or equipment, either, and while it might be tiny on the outside, its interior is just about big enough to transport four people.
