Louise Mulcahy Drawing from the Well: The Liam O'Flynn Collection at ITMA

Drawing from the Well. Episode 1 Louise Mulcahy spent much of the summer of 2020 exploring the Liam O'Flynn Collection at ITMA. At 8 pm this evening Wednesday 14 October ITMA premieres a specially curated 30-minute programme featuring some of the unique aspects of the Liam O’Flynn Collection Louise discovered, including little-known original compositions, quotes from Liam O’Flynn’s handwritten notes, manuscripts, and rare field recordings. Louise is the first artist 'Drawing from the Well in a new monthly series connecting artists with archival material to inspire new art.
