Can I Beat Terraria Only Using Event Weapons?

Today I plan on beating the entire game of Terraria while only using Weapons obtained through events. Now what does that entail... weapons may only be used if they are dropped or spawned in due by something related to an event. So will I be able to achieve this massive feat...
