Breaking at 40 #33 | My First Coin Drop

This time, I tried Coin Drop for the first time! I honestly expected it to be much harder, but I was surprised that I could do it better than I expected. It also feels a little like a power move, so I was really happy to finally try something like this. I practiced in a small room today, so I couldn’t really connect it into other moves. Next time, I want to practice Coin Drop in a bigger space and work on connecting it into a combo. And somehow, my body hurts even more than usual. The muscle soreness is serious. 😂 I guess I need more protein!
