Buy pre-sliced stir-fry beef if slicing is hard. Add water to beef in three 1-tbsp batches, knead until absorbed. Beef gets tender when soaking water. Partial absorption is still fine. Stop cooking beef once color changes. Over-cooking makes beef tough and dry. 🌿 Health Notes Beef delivers high-quality animal protein. Bell peppers provide vitamin C. This recipe contains zero added sugar. Marinade and bowl sauce already hold salt, add salt only very lightly at the end. It pairs well with white rice or brown rice; serve with simple greens for balanced meals. 👇 CTA / Engagement If you recreate this tender beef stir-fry, feel free to share your finished dish in comments!
