Schneider (D. Utah, No. 2:26-cv-00593) backing their anti-SLAPP motion to throw out key claims. Their argument: plaintiff Josh Johnson, one of the two people who verified the complaint, undercut the case on recorded calls, saying: • "Ammon didn't want to give Bryan his LEGOs back." • Bryan Mansell was "made whole." • "I feel like I owe Ben an apology." • He's "washing [his] hands of Bricks and Minifigs."
