That didn't stop the delicious meat from coming out fairly regularly. I booked our reservation on the website's open table. Try to book at least 2 weeks ahead because of the holiday season. The service was incredibly quick, efficient, and the meat did not stop coming! Texas de Brazil has the same complimentary sides but much tastier. My favorites were all the beef and the lamb chops. Make sure you get the Chimmichurri and Mint sauce from the self-serve salad bar area to dip the meat in. The mint goes perfectly with the lamb. Don't pass up the salad bar, there's so much good stuff to try. We really enjoyed the hearts of palms, sliced pineapples, and the cheeses. Meats: All of our meats are cooked the gaucho way - over an open flame with natural wood charcoal.
