Swedish March - "Taubes Dragoners Marsch"

"Taubes Dragoners Marsch" - (English: Taube's Dragoons March) The melody is also featured on YouTube as Lewenhaupts Marsch, but it was written by Colonel Gustaf Adam Taube for his regiment of dragoons Taubes Schlesiska Dragonregemente. The march was probably found by the Russians after the Battle of Poltava where his dragoons was captured. The full version of this march can be listened to in the album Echoes of Poltava by Insula Magica and Laude Novella. The painting is irrelevant to the march and depicts the Swedish Royal Guard during the Scanian War.
