This is the third (and final) chat in our little validation series, and it ended up being one of our favorites. Ileana Saenz-Soto sat down with Andy O'Connor (ERA Sciences), Doug Kelkhoff (R Validation Hub), and Rafael Pereira (Appsilon) to swap stories about the validation traps they keep running into, and what's actually helped them get out.
We talked about why so many problems start with teams not agreeing on what "validation" even means, how processes that feel painful usually push people to cut corners, where AI and automation help (and where they really don't), and why building for change matters so much more than getting it perfect the first time.
