Millions watched these bolt-to-tool transformations, so I brought three of the most popular builds together in one complete DIY compilation! In this video, I transform three ordinary steel bolts into useful, fully functional workshop tools. The first project is a DIY die tool made from a bolt. Instead of throwing away old hardware or buying another expensive tool, I reshape and modify a basic steel bolt to create a practical threading tool for the workshop. The second transformation is a handmade woodturning gouge. I turn an ordinary bolt into a sharp and functional woodworking tool, then add a beautiful wooden handle and brass ferrule to give it a strong, professional finish. This project combines metalworking, woodworking, toolmaking, sanding, sharpening, and precision fitting. The third project is a spring-forced center punch made from a bolt. Its internal spring mechanism generates the striking force needed to mark metal accurately, making it useful for drilling, machining, fabrication, and general workshop projects.
