I bought a $900 house on half an acre! Came with a free squatter too...

Today we did our first full walkthrough of the house after the squatter left. I have been at the property twice before with the Sheriffs Deputy and also with a Sgt. Both times, I ended up giving the squatter who had moved in more time to get his things out. In the end, he got a lot of things out, which is relieving since now I won't need to clean that stuff up. He also took a lot of things which were not his but thats life, and now that is done. I took video each time I came out but it will take quite a bit of editing before I can use that footage as I don't want to be putting his personal story out in the world. From today on, we walk the property on this $900 house and see what the plan for the property is going to work out to being. There is a huge list of things to do and it is now in addition to the house I was already remodeling. Honestly, the lot with power, septic and well (if it works) are worth $900 since it is just over half an acre. Come along with us, we are doing the whole process all over!
