I Used Claude Code Every Day for a Year. Here’s What I Learnt

I've used Claude Code pretty much every day for a year. Some of what I picked up completely changed how I work, and some of it was a waste of time. This is the stuff that actually made a difference. Most people's results get worse the longer a session runs, and they don't know why. A lot of this video is about fixing that: managing context, compacting at the right time, and using subagents and CLAUDE.md so your main session stays clean.
