Join the call with Santiago, Ange, and myself on the 24th! www.newparadigmastrology.com So much to say in so little time!  I believe I covered a lot of ground with regard to "who." which is basically no one except your children or family members you're caring for (teaching or babysitting).  On the other hand it can include your employees or people that you hire to work for you but there are pretty clear boundaries there as they are defined by safety and security (which includes paying them LOL!). Then I briefly discussed what.  As with the who, where and when I think a simple rule of thumb is using concentric circles (like like the ripple effect when you toss a rock into a still pond) with the innermost circle being yourself.  So "what" comes down to what you say, eat, think, believe etc.  Also included obviously is what you own including your money.  Better control that car of yours! Where to take control/charge boils down to what you want to take responsibility for, or sometimes what other "forces beyond your control" are or have held you responsible for.  What I didn't discuss so much in the video is the role the ego vs. the soul plays in all this.  The ego wants full control of everything!  The soul knows better.  In fact, it would be of interest to use your chart and the 12 houses, or "fields of human experience" to see the "where."  Where you have Pluto you may obsessively try to control to your own detriment.  Where you have Saturn you may have controlled and created some karma for yourself.  Where you have Neptune you may have relinquished or neglected to take control.  What you have in your 10th house and the ruler of your 10th house is where you rightfully need to take control/responsibility etc...... Lastly, when to take control.  I would say definitely in times of danger/emergency for sure!  And not just physical.  There is also emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being when it becomes necessary at times to step in, take responsibility and take charge of a situation for the welfare of others.  This is where the lines can get a little blurry as some people may think they know better than others (or anybody LOL!) while others may feel totally inadequate and not up to or able to be of any assistance.  Then it comes back to values and beliefs which I discussed in the report. Anyway, just some food for thought.  You may be confronted with situations this week/month where you will need to take control, let go of control, perhaps fight for control or stop someone from wrongfully taking control or taking control the wrong way (manipulation), etc. etc. etc.  Hopefully, some of these thoughts may help you form guidelines for yourself so when you are facing a situation, relationship, or decision that involves the right use of control, you'll be prepared and have the right words to communicate your needs, desires, and fears.  Good luck!
