Picture Exchange Communication System for Autistic Child

Welcome! This video I demonstrate how we use a Picture Exchance Communication System for our Autistic Child. Lucy was introduced to PECS in August 2019, so she has been working with them actively for a year now at ABA. Lucy was in a fun, playful mood on this day.. so we will definitely be doing another/more videos in the future with her using PECS. 😊 💙Kamryn was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyper Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), and level 1 Autism. 💜 Lucy was diagnosed with level 3 autism at age 4. Our hope for this channel is to help people understand what autism is and what it looks like in different autism levels resulting in a supportive reaction, instead of an isolating one.
