In this episode, I share the pros and cons of running a virtual law firm based on my own experience with this style of practice. When I first started my firm in 2008, I wanted the flexibility to work wherever and whenever I needed to, so I didn't invest in a fancy office space. All I needed was my laptop and an internet connection. As my solo-practice became a small team that continued to grow over the years, I still maintained my virtual roots. After 11 years, I now run a quasi-virtual law firm, with attorneys working remotely and support staff in a small office.
