9th Gen Impala 3.6 LFX Intake Removal, Valve Cleaning, Injector Replacement, & Intake Re-install

This is an all encompassing video detailing how to remove your 9th Generation Impala (2012-2013 Impala & 2014-2016 Impala Limited) 3.6 LFX Upper Intake Manifold, how to clean the carbon off of the Intake Valves, how to remove the Fuel Rails, replace the DI Fuel Injectors, and how to reinstall the Upper Intake Manifold. At the end I include some follies that occurred after the project concluded, plus my takeaways nearly 10 months after this was performed. I originally posted this content in 5 separate videos back in 2019. The main reason for this project was I was getting a horrible misfire and a code P0276 every time it snowed out (and only then as strange as that sounds.) This procedure is specific to the 3.6 LFX engine in the 9th Generation Impala. The other vehicles that have the LFX have different intake manifolds, however the removal and reinstallation procedures are very similar. The intake valve cleaning and injector removal and replacement procedure is identical. I can not guarantee this will work out the same for non-LFX 3.0 or 3.6 High Feature engines in other GM vehicles, so if you don't have an LFX, follow at your own risk!
