After a lengthy investigation and recovery operation, the U.S. Coast Guard's public hearing called upon testimonies from key individuals, either connected to OceanGate, or the Titan sub in some way. This video covers the second and final half of the testimony given by Karl Stanley, owner of the Roatan Institute of Deepsea Exploration. In this video, we hear more about his interactions with Stockton Rush in particular, including an email exchange between the two, where Mr. Stanley communicated his concerns after diving in Titan and hearing a worrying amount of noise.
