This piece captures the colorful rhythms of daily life and the familiar emotional dimensions of our surroundings, weaving them into a lively, continuous narrative. The journey begins with the vibrant, spirited energy of the Thai sun, expressed through dynamic and rapid shifts in intensity. It then transitions into an active yet deeply layered melody that portrays the dual nature of rain—offering both peaceful tranquility when resting and subtle restlessness when on the move. Finally, the music settles into a warm jazz ballad, capturing the fleeting charm of a brief winter, reminiscent of gathering around a fire in the cool year-end breeze. Although the piece is titled "Third Shades", a closer look at the cover art reveals five distinct visual elements. This contrast is intentional: while we are accustomed to dividing the year into three calendar seasons, human feelings and experiences are far more complex, layered, and diverse than a single number. The music remains completely open to interpretation. A warm, slow passage that feels like year-end festivities to me might evoke quiet, gentle rain for someone else. This piece is meant to serve as an open canvas. As the composer, I invite every performer and listener to look beyond the three traditional seasons, discover meaning within the five images on the cover, and freely paint your own unique "shades" across this work. Third Shades (2026) เป็นผลงานที่สะท้อนอารมณ์ความรู้สึกและความผูกพันที่มีต่อบรรยากาศอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของประเทศไทย บทเพลงชิ้นนี้หยิบเอาจังหวะชีวิตที่เต็มไปด้วยสีสัน และมิติอารมณ์ที่พวกเราคุ้นเคยกันดี มาเล่าเป็นเรื่องราวที่ร้อยเรียงต่อเนื่องกันอย่างมีชีวิตชีวา เรื่องราวเริ่มต้นด้วยพลังงานและความกระฉับกระเฉงของแดดเมืองไทย ผ่านการเปลี่ยนผ่านของไดนามิกที่สดใสและรวดเร็ว ก่อนจะแปรเปลี่ยนเข้าสู่ท่วงทำนองที่ยังคงเคลื่อนไหว แต่แฝงความลุ่มลึกเพื่อบอกเล่าความรู้สึกสองด้านของสายฝน ที่เป็นทั้งความสงบใจเมื่อได้หยุดพัก และความกระวนกระวายใจเมื่อต้องเดินทาง แล้วจึงคลี่คลายเข้าสู่บทเพลงแจ๊สบัลลาดอันอบอุ่น เพื่อเก็บเกี่ยวช่วงเวลาหน้าหนาวอันแสนสั้น ราวกับการได้นั่งล้อมวงผิงไฟรับลมเย็นในปลายปี แม้บทเพลงนี้จะมีชื่อว่า "Third Shades" แต่หากสังเกตบนหน้าปก จะพบว่ามีองค์ประกอบของภาพปรากฏอยู่ถึง 5 รูปแบบ ซึ่งนี่คือความตั้งใจที่อยากจะสื่อสารว่า แม้เราจะคุ้นเคยกับการแบ่งฤดูกาลออกเป็น 3 ช่วงตามปฏิทิน แต่ในความเป็นจริง ความรู้สึกและประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์เรานั้นหลากหลาย ซับซ้อน และมีมิติมากกว่าตัวเลข 3 เสมอ บทเพลงนี้จึงเปิดกว้างสำหรับทุกการตีความ ท่อนช้าอันอบอุ่นที่ผมรู้สึกถึงบรรยากาศปลายปี อาจจะฟังดูเหมือนสายฝนพรำอันเงียบสงบสำหรับบางคนก็ได้ ดนตรีชิ้นนี้เปรียบเสมือนผืนผ้าใบที่ไม่มีกรอบตายตัว และในฐานะผู้ประพันธ์ ผมอยากชวนให้ผู้บรรเลงและผู้ฟังทุกคน ร่วมมองทะลุ 3 ฤดูกาล ค้นหาความหมายจาก 5 ภาพบนปก และแต่งแต้ม "เฉดสี" ในแบบฉบับของคุณเองลงไปในบทเพลงนี้ได้อย่างอิสระ Website: https://perapongmusic.com/
