Enter The (Foggy) Sudoku Mansion!

** TODAY'S PUZZLE ** We haven't featured a Nurator puzzle for a while as he has been busy creating a new sudoku game called Sudoku Mansion (linked below). Tonight we attempt one of the sudokus from that game; it's called The Vault and it's absolutely epic. Play the puzzle at the links below: https://sudokupad.app/mhfpkgyo52 Rules Normal sudoku rules apply. If two digits are separated by a black dot then one digit is double the other. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Deducing the digit in a visible checkpoint (marked with a green square) will reveal new cells and potentially a new checkpoint. Each line follows a specific constraint type from a list of constraints. It is up to the solver to determine which line belongs to which type. Each line constraint type may contain no repeated digits anywhere in the puzzle. At the start of the puzzle, all lines are German Whisper Lines (ie Adjacent digits differ by at least 5). Whenever new lines are revealed, remove all entered digits except those on checkpoints. After the first new lines are revealed, all lines can now be Region Sum Lines as well as Whispers. (ie The 3x3 box borders divide the lines into segments, each having the same sum). After the second new set of lines are revealed, the lines can now also be Modular lines (ie Every 3 consecutive cells along a modular line must contain a digit from (3,6,9), a digit from (1,4,7) and a digit from (2,5,8)).
