work from home routine | slowing down, solo dates ep. 4

sometimes, I think we're so focused on what's next that we forget to appreciate where we are right now. 🤍 In this episode of WFH Diaries, I'm sharing some thoughts about learning to slow down, living in the present, accepting change, and finding small reasons to look forward to each day. I also share a little story about flowers and why they made me think differently about the way I've been living my life. I'm still learning how to balance preparing for the future while actually enjoying the life I'm living today. maybe we don't always have to rush to the next chapter. maybe we can slow down, appreciate where we are, and let ourselves enjoy the moment we're in. 🌷 episode 4!
