The KIDS would slip and fall on this DANGEROUSLY SLICK walkway

I saw this house with the SUPER dirty stairs and walkway leading up to the front door and knew I had to knock. I told the homeowner that I’d love to clean it all up free of charge and she was so excited with my request. She told me they got some quotes in the past but they were over $500 and the companies didn’t seem very professional.
