"He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters." Q: Can I play it while I sleep, or all day at work? A: Yes. Three hours without voices or drums, at a low and even volume. It is made for sleep, study, reading and long working days, and for shops and studios that play music from morning to close. Q: What is 174 Hz? A: This music includes 174 Hz. Many listeners associate 174 Hz with comfort, ease and a sense of safety, and say it leaves them feeling lighter and more hopeful. We share this as a popular belief, not as a medical or financial promise. Q: Where do the titles on this channel come from? A: Every piece is named after a line of poetry or scripture, from Shakespeare and Keats to Yeats, Frost and the Psalms. We look for lines that are well known, plainly worded and kind.
