Teen Sentenced for Killing Jogger While Driving Drunk

Addison Bowell, the teen convicted of killing 54-year-old Ann Seidl, who was out for a morning run on March 2025, was sentenced on Wednesday. Bowell, who was 17 at the time of the incident, was sentenced to nine years in prison to be followed by seven years of extended supervision. During the hearing, the district attorney showed body camera footage of an officer who was investigating the incident asking Bowell if she knew what she hit, Bowell responded, “I don’t know what I hit!
