Unknown OEM "Tootsie" Fan

Many collectors have what they call "childhood" fans, this one is probably the most for me, as it's the first fan I ever remember having that actually belonged to me. I don't really know much about it, and I found hardly anything about it online, only that a red one exists and was sold on eBay ages ago. I believe it was purchased at a flea market. The blade reminds me of those Duracraft DT-750 fans, but I don't believe this has any ties to Duracraft at all. Performance is not that great. It's relatively quiet, other than the bearing(?) noise on low. I don't recall it doing that the last time I tested it, and I serviced it out of boredom not too long ago. While it doesn't perform well it is cute, and because it's the earliest fan I recall having I will be holding onto it.
